Sesderma retises nano 0,25% gel photoaged skin is a treatment against skin aging and photoaging. Retinol is the only active ingredient that acts on collagen in three stages: repair (damage to fibers over time) + stimulation (new collagen fibers) + protection (to inhibit collagenase).
It also regulates the activity of altered melanocytes, reducing skin blemishes and stimulating proliferation of epidermal keratinocytes (exfoliating action). Nicotinamide reduces melanosome transfer to keratinocytes (depigmentation), stimulates new collagen production, protects skin from free radical action, regulates ceramide synthesis (moisturizing action) and prevents skin inflammation.
